  We do not sell your personal data.We only work with service providers who agree to handle your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR (Europe) and CCPA/CPRA (California).
  

  We may share limited personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate our App and provide certain features. These providers are only allowed to process data on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.

  • PerfectCorp: We use the PerfectCorp API to provide our skin analysis feature. This means that photos or images you upload for analysis may be securely transmitted to PerfectCorp’s servers for processing. PerfectCorp processes these images only to provide analysis results and does not use them for advertising or independent profiling.     Legal Basis (EU/EEA Users): When using the skin analysis feature, your consent is the legal basis for transmitting photos to PerfectCorp for processing. You can withdraw consent at any time by not using the feature or deleting your account.

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, cloud storage).

  • Legal authorities when required by law or to protect safety and rights.

  • App Stores (Apple/Google) to process refunds and verify purchases

  If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), your data may be transferred to the United States or other countries where our servers or service providers are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are in place for these transfers.
